Global Peace Works "Peace among religions is the key to world peace"  A United Religions Initiative cooperation circle involved in interfaith peace efforts in South Asia (see URI link below).

To promote world peace and understanding, one of the objects of The Theosophical Society is "to encourage the study of comparative religion, philosophy and science."  What we see in the United States today is a well-organized and extremely powerful force to wipe out "other" religious viewpoints and place our Government and its people at the mercy of those who have attained this advantage.  This is anything but peaceful.  Theocracywatch explains and documents what is happening.   www.theocracywatch.org

The Threshold Foundation  "The purpose of the foundation is to recognize the causes and practical assistance to solve destructive conflicts and healing of damages in the One World, especially those caused by science, technology and globalization. Thus the foundation has the purpose to contribute to Justice, Peace and the Integrity of Creation as a universal Schalom Service (Peace Service)."  Their very informative newsletter Grassroots Good News can be had by completing a form on the website.  Highly recommended.

The International Campaign For Tibet - "is a non-partisan, public interest group dedicated to promoting human rights and democratic freedoms for the people of Tibet.  ICT believes that Tibetans are a "people" under international law and have the right to self-determination; that Tibet is an occupied country which has distinct language, culture and religion; and, that dialogue between Tibetans and Chinese is integral towards finding a solution to the situation in Tibet."
