This is a group of committed volunteers who agree to meditate at least once per month on a situation in the world that needs light and resolution for the highest good of all concerned. Denver TS/TOS members showed some love to the cats and kittens cared for at an extraordinary local shelter, the Cat Care Society. Founded in the 1980's by a veterinarian, the Cat Care Society takes in all cats, no matter how old or sick they may be. None are turned away, and none are kept in cages. Cats roam free in large rooms, some of which offer adjacent outdoor enclosures called "catios." Members donated cat food, a bed, toys, treats, litter, cash, and a pheromone diffuser which helps to calm cats and promote serenity in situations such as shelter life which can be stressful for man
Peace is an inside job, and it starts with us. If we want to see greater peace in the world, we must begin with ourselves. Fortunately, like any archetypal quality, Peace already exists within us, and we need only attune ourselves to that vibration to experience it and radiate it to others.
