    The TOS Healing Network is a free service that practitioners provide to contribute to the positive energy of an individual. This helps the healee’s body find its own balance which leads to healing. Recipients of healing have reported feeling calmer as well as having a more positive outlook. Patients who have been recipients of energetic healing have reported fewer complications during surgery and a decreased recovery time afterwards.

Denver TOS Christmas Project

Denver TS/TOS members showed some love to the cats and kittens cared for at an extraordinary local shelter, the Cat Care Society.  Founded in the 1980's by a veterinarian, the Cat Care Society takes in all cats, no matter how old or sick they may be.  None are turned away, and none are kept in cages.  Cats roam free in large rooms, some of which offer adjacent outdoor enclosures called "catios."  Members donated cat food, a bed, toys, treats, litter, cash, and a pheromone diffuser which helps to calm cats and promote serenity in situations such as shelter life which can be stressful for man

In spite of the snowy weather, this is one of my favorite times of year. Dora Kunz summed up the reason beautifully when she wrote of the "very noticeable and even palpable atmosphere of goodwill we feel at Christmas." In his book, "Holidays and Holy Nights," Christopher Hill writes of Christmas in an unusual way that appeals to me on a deep level. I think it also provides a wonderful seasonal TOS intention, so I'm sharing an excerpt below. Please join me in the suggested meditation below as an act of service.

This month we're focusing on helping our neighbors in southern Louisiana, as they struggle to recover from disastrous flooding. I had no idea how bad the flooding was, as the media coverage has been scarce--the first article below tells the story from someone in the heart of the flooded area.
