    The TOS Healing Network is a free service that practitioners provide to contribute to the positive energy of an individual. This helps the healee’s body find its own balance which leads to healing. Recipients of healing have reported feeling calmer as well as having a more positive outlook. Patients who have been recipients of energetic healing have reported fewer complications during surgery and a decreased recovery time afterwards.

Denver TOS Christmas Project

Denver TS/TOS members showed some love to the cats and kittens cared for at an extraordinary local shelter, the Cat Care Society.  Founded in the 1980's by a veterinarian, the Cat Care Society takes in all cats, no matter how old or sick they may be.  None are turned away, and none are kept in cages.  Cats roam free in large rooms, some of which offer adjacent outdoor enclosures called "catios."  Members donated cat food, a bed, toys, treats, litter, cash, and a pheromone diffuser which helps to calm cats and promote serenity in situations such as shelter life which can be stressful for man

You have no doubt heard of the disastrous flooding in Chennai, India, including the flooding that took place at Adyar, international headquarters of The Theosophical Society.  To get a glimpse of how students at Adyar's School of the Wisdom coped with the power outages during their stay at Adyar while the rains raged around them, take a look at Tim Boyd's Facebook page--the video at the top shows students singing "Amazing Grace" by candlelight.  This, I think, is exactly what Dora was talking about.

War and the Soul

In 2005, Quest Books published one of its most profound books, War and the Soul by Edward Tick. While this book centers on the topic of soldiers and soul loss after combat, the message is viable for any population and anyone who has dealt with extreme violence and trauma.
